It wont get better with age. He is a decent man who says and does all the right things. He is also a 11-5/10-6 QB who urinates down his leg when the chips are pushed to the middle. The first five games may have been the exception, not the all too familiar norm. His time is over for me. I'm ready for 8-8 and a wild card win, not another 12-4, bye, embarassing loss at home.
