That's what happens when you have a coach that knows how to put guys in a position to succeed.
He has Wilson do things that Wilson can do well. He (mostly) asks Conley to do things Conley can do well.
Reid can make chicken salad out of the solid but unspectacular skill sets that Wilson and Conley bring to the table. Both of those guys are NFL players, if not exactly top of the heap guys.
That's all Reid really needs. Hell, Reid can make Sean McGrath productive. The guy's a wizard.
