Nah.
But a capable slot receiver for sure.
He's not fast or large; gotta be one or the other to be a true receiver that can be split out wide. He's quick and he's game so you can send him over the middle.
But because he doesn't have pullaway speed, DBs can sit on his hip if he's lined out wide. And because his body isn't big enough to give a good catch radius and shield DBs, he's not a guy you want on a lot of contested in-cuts.
But if you can put him in the slot where he can play off the LOS and guys can't slose on him before he uses that first step quickness to make space, he can be effective.
He's the Ying to Conley's Yang. They're good complementary players but not as rounded as you'd want to see from a true #2 wideout.
