His best tangibles are things that can not be taught. Arm strength, drive/competitiveness, "it" factor. Good deep ball placement. God damn how many years have the Chiefs been without a QB that had good deep ball placement? Not anymore...
The things he needs work on, ARE coachable..footwork, pocket awareness, playbook knowledge etc. He's going to be able to learn the system under Smith and Nagy/Reid for a full season granted Smith stays healthy. With a full offseason workout and training camp under his belt where he's getting all the reps, it's going to be a lot of fun watching this guy play w/ the 1's...Mahomes to Hill? How many HR plays are those 2 gonna muster up? Gives me a raging hard on just thinkin about it.
