Love me a Merkts cheddar burger. McCoy's in KC has a good one and as much as it pains me to say the Chicago White Sox have a Merkts stand inside the stadium that is pretty legit. They do thinly sliced ribeye on a hoagie topped with Merkts cheddar and pico de gallo. It's also delish on a soft pretzel roll that's been toasted.
