Well the run blocking is HUGE because if you can't run the ball the defense then just tees off on the pass rush and I didn't see tons of time for Alex to throw. He is just PTSD'd enough to know when to step up and get rid of it out of not trusting more than adjustment IMHO. For my eyes it wasn't pretty at all. I was concerned last year about the OL and it came to fruition because we had a much tougher schedule in 16 than in 15 and this year's run defenses and pass rush defenses we will face in 17 are much tougher IMHO than last year. Watch your DVR game again and pay attention to the OL pass blocking. It wasn't pretty at all IMHO for an o-line that has played together now for 3-4yrs and supposedly ranked as a top five unit in the NFL. Pay particular attention to Alex's run.
