IIRC, that offseason's surgery was more serious. And Tamba has already been out there with the team during OTA's this offseason.

It's just odd. Things don't add up here.

Good enough to go during OTA's, declares himself ready to go, and then all of sudden he's not healthy enough to even work in the tents for the first two weeks of camp after a vicious tweet storm?
