Give me a break with that training camp puff piece bullshit. No he doesn't. Nobody has ever defeated time and they damn sure haven't also shrugged off serious injury in their mid-30s like it's nothing. Had he said something like "Johnson looks quick' or 'looks like he's recovered nicely from offseason surgery' that would've meant something to me. But when he spews unadulterated bullshit like that (and when it's Teicher, who's a brainless homer anyway), it means precisely dick.

He will not be 'better than ever'. The only question is whether or not he'll be 'good enough'. He might be.
