People compare him to Bret Farve but I see him more of a mobile Dan Marino and Dan Marino played his rookie year and took Dolphins to the Super Bowl and he was 22.
So it's not unrealistic this kid can shine even thrust into the NFL he was thrust into starting job in High School and college it's just the next level up.

The difference is that Marino had a smaller learning curve.
His mechanics in college were almost flawless, so he didn't have to rebuild them from the ground up.
Mahomes has really worked hard on those mechanics, but they aren't going to be ingrained and be natural for a while.
When the real bullets start flying, his natural instincts will take over, and he'll revert to those poor mechanics.
