He has upside, but his frame, mechanics, play-style, and the scheme he ran in college should've made him a bottom of the 1st round/top of the 2nd round pick. Not a top 10 pick.
He has MASSIVE upside which is why prominent offensive coaches wanted him early.

And your 'if he was a legit top 10 qb needy teams wouldn't have passed on him' comment is incredibly stupid since guys like Rodgers, Carr, Roethlisberger etc.. weren't top 10 picks.
