diced chicken thighs, chorizo, onion, capsicum, celery, parsley, cajun seasonings, prawns and other tomato products (pure' and diced).
the one thing i liked this time is i browned the chorizo before i sweated the veggies, then introduced the chicken. the chorizo texture if put in after the veggies was soft and bland. was really nice.
