Get something crusty, sourdough or Italian loaf.
brown one side with mayo instead of butter
layer shave or deli slice ham
melt sharp cheddar on top [use a bowl over with a spritz of water under for steam, like truck stop burgers]
pickled jalapenos
Mrs. Renfro's ghost pepper BBQ sauce [NotLS will do as well]
fried egg [runny] on top.
