I'd try that thing, unless that red thing/stuff is ketchup.
I've noticed several hot dog burritos popping up on menus. There's a Cubs inspired one near me stuffed with fries, sport peppers, grilled onions, cheese, and relish. Neon green relish can't be more frightening than shrimp salad.
