I have cedar plank cedar in restaurants. It's delicious. I have a cedar plank and forgot all about it until now. Haven't used it.
My favorite salmon is:
1) Dijon mustard, dill, garlic and onion granules and some lemon
2) and/or served with creamy dill sauce
3)Asian salmon with toasted sesame oil, tamari or spy sauce, thinly sliced scallions, sweet rice vinegar mix; topped with toasted sesame seeds, is to die for. Few other ingredients I think. Doing this from memory.
It served over a bed of vegetables and rice. Gonna make it soon again
