Just my not-famous "white corn chili" leftovers.
Recipe:
1-1.5 lb Burger
1-2 cans beans (I like pinto and/ or black), drained and rinsed
10 oz. bag of frozen corn (white or yellow or mixed)
16 oz. jar salsa
14 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/2 c. water, if needed
Brown the burger and drain. Dump all in Dutch oven, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes.
