They're meh. I put some crushed red pepper and garlic salt and that helped a lot. Soy sauce over the top.

This is a terrible way to "eat healthy," especially if you're trying to lose weight.
Substitute a chicken breast for the rice. A lot more bang for your buck and you won't be hungry in an hour.
