No he doesn't because there was no reason at all to have thrown across his body for that throw. If Smith sets his feet at the back of his drop, he can turn his shoulders and make an easy strike.

Once he rolled out it was over but there was NO reason to roll out whatsoever. It's just a terrible play by Smith.
