Well, we will see how it plays out. But I wouldn't be excited if they were hired to be the OC and QB coach for the Chiefs. But, as has been stated, they are probably the best options out there. Kinda like choosing Gonheria over AIDS. Neither one is great, but if you're gonna have an STD, at least Gonheria isn't as bad.
