People can't stand Alex Smith, just like they couldn't stand Matt Cassel and just like they won't be able to stand the next QB or the next.

Agreed. As a KC fan with blood pumping hard during games, the last thing I want to read is post after post from the same people about how the Chiefs suck, will lose, etc. That's just pissing on everyone's parade.

Been very guilty of this, and have tried to learn from it. It's hard to always instantly find that fine line between stating opinion from my point of view while also taking into account why , conversely, others can be so beaten down from past experience.

I have been pointed at many times as someone to be banned.. though half the time, I probably was getting a bit too dickish. That's how CP rolls though. If I were being my normal self, yet a 40 year KC fan and hating on Smith.. there would never be an issue.
