Conley is right where he needs to be in his development and pulling in close to 2/3 of his targets. Really needs to work on building confidence with Smith in the RZ as it appears now that Hill, Maclin, Kelce, and Ware are more likely to get the ball.
We may easily have the best value for a group of wide receivers in the league. Something below 12.5 million when you add up all their current cap hits...
