What's your point? I didn't say I'd ban him, I just said it was funny. And again, the TOS is clear; he wasn't banned for his opinion, he was banned for the shit where he said he hoped Smith went out there before the concussion wore off and was forced into retirement.

I'm simply taking exception to the idea that he makes his points effectively. He doesn't. He's persistent, I'll give him that.
