No, you need to throw it away. That stuff is vile, it can actually ruin whatever you're about to do to those lobsters. I'm not even joking.
I know I'm coming off snobbish, but that stuff is really gross. Use real wine. That stuff is just cheap, shitty wine, and salt. Take a taste of it by itself. If you wouldn't drink it, you definitely don't want to cook with it where the flavors will concentrate.
I keep little bottles of wine around just for cooking so I don't have to uncork a whole bottle.
