I'm not a no carb adherent, love my carbs... low carb is not the
only way to quickly shed weight and I've proven it repeatedly by powering my workdays and workouts with extra low fat, veggie heavy and carb fueled "food as fuel, not entertainment" meals like that one
Maybe just a few less veggies and some lean meat on the side would be nice though
