Yep. Working on it now. It'll be sous vide/seared lamb chops seasoned with garlic and rosemary, duck fat roasted rainbow potatoes (reinforcing the garlic and rosemary here, too), and slow cooked carrots. Also cracking a bottle of Earthquake Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert is a vanilla creme brûlée.

Sounds great, I'm heating up the oven so it will be another hour before I can cook. I will have to crack open a beer with mine, no dessert.
