I like provolone and mozzarella mix on pizza. Also excellent on meatball or French dip sandwiches. Fontina is nice to mix in on any of those, too.
Provel is hot garbage.
Though I do agree with BL's assessment. If you think of it more like white nacho sauce, maybe it isn't as vile.
