Another one of my easy low carb dinners. Worked 10 hours today and came home to fix the drip system in the 110 degree heat. Yuck and AIDS.
I do a buffalo meat with either the standard chicken or somethings, like tonight, turkey burgers. I grill the turkey burger on the grill.
I make my salad with Romaine hearts, cheese, cherry tomatoes, pickled beets, white onion, stuffed garlic olives, pepperoncinis and Caesar Dressing. I cut up the turkey burger once cooked and toss with a Buffalo sauce. Put on the salad and top with cracked black pepper.
