I sure hope so. This is one they could technically bring back to land instead of using the barge, but I think they're tired of the barge not working, so they're doing it that way just to prove it can be done.
Sure would be nice to get that one under their belts so they can stop worrying so much about landing and start worrying about re-launching!
Also, FWIW, this one is an instantaneous launch window (as all ISS launches are), so it'll go at 4:43 EST or it won't go at all.

Another FWIW, this is a NASA launch, so you can watch coverage on NASA TV in addition to the typical SpaceX webcast. I think they start coverage way earlier if you want more, though I find their style to be pretty dry.
