David Carr took 76 sacks as a rookie because he had a stiffer neck than William Bartee.

He might as well have had bolts in that neck.

The guy failed because he never learned to through progressions, and took what seemed weeks to look for anyone other than his primary target.

His O-Lines were never nearly as bad as he made them look.

The Texans didn't ruin his career.
His own shortcomings as a QB managed that.
