Yeah, had some rough games this year but as noted, he played most of his season on a bum knee (well, 'most' being the 3 games he played before they shut him down).

It's a scout's decision, IMO. If your scouts get eyes on him and believe he's the player his soph season suggests he could be, then he's a likely first rounder with the potential to be as good a cover corner as anyone in this draft (Ramsey included). But if you think he maxed and that his JR year was a result of him simply not developing rather than the injury, he's probably more of a 3rd rounder.

He needs to get out there and run for scouts before you can slot him anywhere, IMO.
