I kinda wonder if Kendall Fuller isn't that guy.

Fuller's injury will scare some teams off (like Peters' suspension) but a lot of folks think he has the highest upside of any cover corner in the draft.

It seems unlikely that he'd slide all the way to us, though. He just has a similar profile to Peters in that he's a risk/reward guy who could play great football from day 1 if that risk is overcome.
