Roby is basically a starter, he plays more than Sylvester Williams does.
Shane Ray wasn't drafted to start in his rookie year, he was the best player left in the draft and Elway caught the rest of the league slipping and snatched him up. He'll be DeMarcus Ware's replacement eventually.
Elway has every GM picking in the bottom half of the first round scared shitless, he feasts on old school GM's who just sit and hope talent falls to them.
