Frankly I don't care for it. I've never gotten that 'no-knead' effect he claims. Maybe I'm just not doing it right.
Forno Bravo's dough recipe and Kenji's NY Style Dough recipe are my go-tos at this point.

It's hard to get any simpler than the forno bravo version, especially if you have a stand mixer.
