not sure brady really makes some stand-out performance this week that a qb of alex's calibur couldnt have made all day long. They attacked an incredibly soft middle field with quick strikes to neutralize the pass rush. No long bombs down the line, no slips up the seams for huge yardage. Just methodical execution on very manageable throws. It didnt even always work out for them with plenty of drops and near interceptions. The last deflected pass caught for the final first down was exemplary of the performance of the day by the patriots. shaky but effective enough to work, with a touch of good fortune.
When you line up edelman, amendola, gronk and lafell with white out of the back field against a cast of wilson, connely, avant and kelce with knile out of the backfield running the same type of gameplan, the results should be pretty clear.
