 Ha! It's not really a gluten problem but a wheat problem. I can have oats and sometimes rye, both of which have gluten.
I had sorghum syrup here awhile back.

My fault, I thought it was gluten.
If you come out here and leave with 200 lb of grain sorghum that you can grind to flour would help sweeten the pot, no?
