I'd have to read what the laws are pertaining to 17 year olds in Illinois. That one is a bit murky. If legal, then sure! Why not?
Pretty sure 16 is off limits so that's where I'll draw my line. Unless it's the current Disney celebrity line Hannah or Lizzy
