In my honest opinion, a lot of times when older men hear of a story where a 30 year old got caught banging a 17 year old, they act disgusted to mask their jealousy.
I don't think there are a ton of 30 year old men that would turn down sex from a well developed 17 year old if there would be no repercussions involved.
Now, once a guy has a daughter of his own, that might change his views. But other than that, I'm willing to bet a high percentage of dudes (especially the ones that act disgusted when they read stories about it) would tap a 17 year old in a heartbeat.
