Just quick and dirty math, say you drive that beast at an average of 40mph and average only 1500rpm (right?!), you're talking 2.25 million revolutions in the first 1000 miles.
So yeah, I don't see the point in doing 2 or 3 times that, and also don't see how it's good to relatively baby it for 2 million revs and
then start beating on it. If whatever needs to be done isn't done after a couple million laps, I'm thinking it's not going to get done.
