But the momentum is obviously to the up side. Since +9 had been tested 3 times and now we finally broke through it, it should signal a stronger winning streak. At least that is the stock market\technical analysis take on the matter.

The win streak is at 2. A "stronger" won streak would be 3.
The Royals have the best record in the AL. They are playing at home.
Just knowing that and predicting they will "probably" win tomorrow is a more meaningful analysis than "we'll probably win since +9 had been tested 3 times before and we finally broke through it."
