Saw one clarification by Ariel Helwani wrt the failed test leading to a loss; a non-cheating fighter who lost to someone who failed a test won't get a win, they will still have a No Contest.
Also, diuretics are complicated. If they are detected "in-competition" for the night of the fight, they will assume you were using them to cut weight and the punishment is similar to stimulants, but with a slightly lower financial penalty.
If found out of competition, then they will assume you are using it as a masking agent, which carries the most severe set of punishments.
