OK, I ate it all and forgot pics. Here's the recipe though. I guarantee you will like this.
Quote:
Belgian Pork Curry
3 TB butter
1 lg onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1.5 lb boneless pork loin cut in 1.5-2 inch cubes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 TB curry powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 apples, peeled, cut into 8 wedges
1 cup boiling water
1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2
2 TB flour
Melt butter over moderate heat. Add onion and garlic and cook til softened, but not browned. Add pork and brown on all sides, over moderately high heat.
Add salt, pepper, curry, celery salt, bouillon, apples and water. Cover tightly and cook on low heat for 30-35 mins or until pork is tender.
Stir a little of the cream into the flour and form a paste. Add rest of cream.
Add cream mixture to hot pork, bring mix to boil, stir til thick and smooth. Serve with rice. Serves 4-6.
