Damn that looks good. Way back in the day was a guy who worked at Wolf Creek Power Plant. He and his wife would make breakfast and lunch burritos and tamales the night before. His wife would be in parking lot 5:30 am sharp every morning selling to the construction crowd. When she sold out the breakfast then she would wait for the lunch crowd the lines were long and would sell out pretty quick. If I remember right tamales were 50 cents and burritos a buck. They was tasty but you had to bring your own sauce. She was in an old bakery truck the back end was full of Styrofoam coolers of the food. Those places constantly have construction going on must been a gold mine for them. Wonder if she is still there.
