Last night I tried something completely new. I took three center cut boneless loin chops and decided to do a curried coconut milk sauce to saute them in.
I first browned them on each side for 3-4 minutes. Then I turned down the heat and added some minced garlic to the pan with a little oil and butter. Once browned I added the coconut milk mixture I created. It was one can of coconut milk, about 2-3 tablespoons of yellow curry powder, one teaspoon of turmeric, some onion powder, chili powder, and a little sesame oil. I whisked it all together then poured it into the pan on low heat. Added the pork chops back in and cooked for about 12-14 minutes.
I also did steak fries in cast iron pot that came out super crispy on the outside and light inside. Lastly did a bagged salad mix.
The flavor was incredible and I even impressed my GF.
