He has some decent que, It's pricey and very measured - the small ham is 3.0 ounces and they weigh it - I get portion control - but you do have to offer your guests enough meat to get somewhat on their way to being full. I just think it's more of a rip off than anything. I think on a good day the product can play ball w/ most any others in town. But you really have to be lucky - for whatever reason (different cooks??? IDK) ...

I know his son they are good people. Not a big fan of their meats. I recall the turkey being watery/slimy on several occasions.
