Shortening my calorie window usually has me eating around or below maintenance calories since it really only gives me time for like one big meal and a bunch of smaller portions of what else I like to eat during the night, so my weight doesn't shift much. I lift hard 3-4 times per week with heavy deads, squats, bench and presses. Lifting like you mean it burns way more calories than people realize and allows me lots of variance in my diet without getting fat. Most people simply don't workout hard enough for them to have that variance.

I definitely don't - I get big easy - I really don't want to sprout much - just stay tight. I'm firming up nicely - but I'll be honest - I work out 35 mins per time. However I do that for 6 days - I keep it realistic and stick to it. I keep thinking when I hire another person for our company, that I'll actually intensify - but so far I enjoy what I HAVE accomplished - Nothing like you other pro's - but pretty darn good for me, I guess.
