Hmmm, pizza in a cast iron. Who woulda though? I've done it on the grill by freezing the dough first. Otherwise, I use a pizza stone.
I had a small vegetarian pizza on a cornmeal crust yesterday for lunch. I use the freshest mozzarella I can find.
