I haven't been following this HUGE sports story (snicker) about the SEC Network but it appears the deal will generate $1B/yr. That's pretty impressive. Half will go to ESPN as the producer so that's $0.5B/yr to the schools. The SEC has an extra share taken out for the league office. So $0.5B divided 15 ways = $33.3M each.

KU is at $30M with Fox + Tier III. Seems pretty equivalent.
