A couple of things:
1) Summer league games mean almost nothing. If you think you can reasonably predict someone's success in the NBA based upon summer league games, you've probably never watched them before
2) Wiggins and Bennett have played a total of two(?) games in the summer league. In the first, Wiggins went 1-7 from three. So how exactly do you know that he's shooting it well?

When it comes to this I should prefer emigrating to some country where they make no pretense of loving liberty – to Russia, for instance, where despotism can be taken pure, and without the base alloy of hypocrisy.”--Abraham Lincoln
