Interesting take on it, but schools probably have an incentive to avoid having their employees blackmailed.
The authority thing is kind of important. We always see the hot teachers in this thread, but imagine being an 18 year-old kid trying to keep his grades up for a scholarship, and then a lonely 300-pound teacher with a porcine nose tells you that you need to visit her special area and tell everyone it's consensual if you want an A.
