I'm probably going to spend some time finding a market and actually networking in communities before I make a decision. I'd like to even go down for a few weeks and meet with some chambers of commerce in the area to figure out what makes the most sense for my family. I love the area and the general hospitality of the locals. Feels a lot like my home in Iowa to me but it's out of this godforsaken climate. The heat doesn't bother me whatsoever.
