Escobar was TPJ-esque with the bat last year. There's no way around that. He was a very plus defensive player. But if he continues to hit at that level, he's not something you can carry in the lineup every day.
Just commenting that if I'm looking at bringing in a guy who struggled that much at the plate and is not a good defender, the price should be fairly low.
I still think Franklin has potential and I still like his pop. But it shouldn't be an extremely costly acquisition.
